2008: Establishment of C4 Energy GmbH & Co. KG

  • Focus on the energy sector, with a specialization in international, IT-driven projects.
    Support and execution of (large-scale) projects through both in-house and external experts.
  • Established expertise in SAP development and SAP services,
    including all related business processes.
  • International recognition
    for in-depth knowledge—especially in transformation projects such as SAP migrations.

2012: Strengthening of M&A Capabilities

  • Activities on an international level, particularly in the development of corporate structures, processes, and workflows.
  • Since 2012, C4 Energy’s consultants have led and supported numerous M&A projects—not only across Europe, but worldwide.

Since 2015: Development of the “DEC” (German Energy Contor)

  • Creation of a fully functional sales organization for gas and electricity.
    Management, support, and successful handover of the organization into operational control.
  • DEC generates over €50 million in revenue and is managed by just 5–6 employees across 3 sales units.

Today

  • Over the years, C4 Energy consultants and external specialists have repeatedly founded their own companies. Today, C4 Energy works closely with many of them.
  • The company is well known among clients for providing highly qualified specialists who ensure smooth and reliable project execution—right through to operational handover.
  • Thanks to the structure of its partner network, C4 Energy remains flexible and is not dependent on deploying internal staff.
